Star City came out and saved our bacon again. Time after time.They have proven themselves to be reliable and very professional. Trevor came to our home while being on call and gave up his evening so that we could have air conditioning. It is an amazing service that they offer and worth every penny. He was completely professional and very efficient. He had us up and running in very good time. Call these people!!!

Star City has been our go to company for years both for business and personal. They have saved us in a pinch more times than I can count and have always been fair and knowledgeable. Today we had a different company basically say our unit was shot. (We only called someone else due to a home warranty). We called Star City at 5:30pm on a Friday. Their tech, Trevor, came out and had us fixed and up and running by 7pm. With the 100+ temps ahead this weekend it was a huge relief. Trevor couldn’t have been more kind or more knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Called for a quote on plumbing work needing to be done in our bathroom. The girl who took my call said she would waive the $89 service fee. After the guy came to look at the work needing done he tried to charge me the $89 fee. I advised this was supposed to be waived. After he called his boss (Stu) he told me there was miscommunication and I would not have to pay. He also told me Stu would call with a quote in the next day or 2. A couple days later Stu called and said he would need to come look himself to get us an accurate quote. We told him to forget about it as we felt our time was being wasted. Weeks later we receive a bill for the $89. Highly unprofessional and negative experience with Star City.

Beware of working with this company. After saying they would waive their service fee to come estimate a small plumbing job, they continue to try to charge me the $89 dollars to come and estimate the job. They never even provided an estimate as well. They tried to charge us on site and then agreed again that it was waived. Then 3 weeks after they came and didn’t provide any information on the job or how much it would cost, they emailed me with a bill for $89 dollars. Incredibly unprofessional
