I have been hiring contractors throughout several states for or 34 years and this company rates at the very top!!!! Their response time was less than two hours on site. Their findings were exact and they found problems the previous electricians could not find. I told them it was an emergency and they were fast to respond on all follow up questions that everyone had even the next day after the repair was made. In the end, I received a bill that was more than fair. I can not say enough good things about this company, from the tech to his supervisor and everyone who answers the phone, all very professional and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Justin and Katie, who kept me informed throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with them again.

Lane did a good job on a residential install of a ceiling fan. Arrived in the middle of the 2-5 pre-set service window. Friendly, very competent, overall good first-time experience using Joe Dickey Electric. I will use Joe Dickey if I have any future needs!

They were friendly and affordable. Both times the techs came they were extremely polite. They were also very nice to my very nosey cat. I would recommend them and will more than likely use them for any future electrical stuff.

Was prompt with his appointment. Knew what I wanted and quoted several ways. Didn’t try to sell me more than I needed, but provided the best way to accomplish what I needed, including adding in an extra feed to my garage, combining backup generator hookup with sub panel for the garage. We later had them back to replace a ceiling fan that had stopped working. Once again service was prompt and efficient. The down tube was the incorrect size so they went and got another one that fit. Everything works great now!
