We found Leo, owner of Jay Moody extremely knowledgeable. Leo explained the right model for each room. Everyone in the office is very prompt. The crew and lead technician – Nick were very professional. They arrived on time, used runners and cleaned up at the end of the day. They explained all the set up properly. Melissa followed up on rebates very quickly!

J Moody is a very organized operation I have been very happy with Missy in the office very informative and repair techs have been great ..can tell they are very knowledgable .They have repaired multiple systems for us at a very hot time of year when we need systems most,they have gotten alot repaired in a timly manor I give this company a A+ all around pricing amd service great

In terms of a competent company that is qualified to assist customers, I would rate them as low as a bottom feeding parasite. I give them a 3 on instalation clean but not exactly efficient. So maybe this company deserves a have star

Very professional and they made the whole process seamless. Leo came out to do the assessment and presented 2 options. The technicians came on time and took care of clean-up each day. Sydney and Melissa were quick to respond any time we reached out with questions. They also take care of applying for the rebate so it’s one less thing to think about! Great service.

Craig did a fantastic job updating all the electrical in our house… He was fast and efficient. As always, the staff from Jay Moody is awesome! We’ve had them install mini splits, new furnace, and the electrical update. One stop for all your needs!!

Had a generator and AC replaced by Jay Moody. On time (actually finished early). Made sure everything was done correctly. Would definitely recommend for any HVAC work!
