John Gochenour and helper did a variety of small electrical work – fixed some old wiring that was causing breaker trips, fixed some lights, and installed a new subpanel to provide for future expansion and labeled the existing panel. We walked the job before to make sure we were clear, and they communicated well thru the work. I’ll use them again in the future if I have more electrical work

My husband and I could not have been happier with the service we received from Teague Electric! Their concern for our satisfaction, safety and comfort during the extensive work they performed was excellent. Everyone we talked to couldn’t have been nicer and more willing to help us! We definitely recommend Teague for any type of job you have.

I was recommended to Teague Electric by my sister. They were top-notch!! Easy to schedule an appointment, & they even fit me in early! I had asked for a specific technician & was not disappointed. Michael Jackson was professional, knowledgeable, friendly… everything you’d want in someone helping you out! He installed a ceiling fan-light combo that I love. I’m certain that all of their service techs are excellent, but Michael was truly awesome – THANK U, MICHAEL!!!!!

Pretty unhappy and let down by my experience. Calling to get on the schedule was easy, estimator was out in a reasonable amount of time. Received the estimate, agreed on what work was going to be done. Then everything came to a grinding halt. I had reached out to Teague to do a significant amount of work, over $8,000 dollars worth. Part of that work required coordination with Evergy to get a service upgrade done. This is where Teague dropped the ball HARD, and still played the blame game. I ultimately ended up waiting 5 weeks before calling Evergy myself and they then confirmed they only had one phone call and that nothing got scheduled. Teague failed to follow up with Evergy and within 30 minutes of me calling them, magically we had a date where evergy could start their work and get the ball moving. I ended up contacting Teague to see what their side of the story was, that’s when all the excuses came out again (I had been getting them from the estimator when I’d call to check in after he wouldn’t respond to emails) and they told me they would check in every week and that the fault was on Evergy. At that point, I decided that I couldn’t trust their word or their scheduling times, as the schedule for work that I was told up front vs what was being told to me when I got the ball moving were completely different. Its unfortunate because Teague has all these beaming reviews, and was suggested to me with the same high praises. It seems that the ball was dropped, hard and nobody even decided to own up to it. After I informed Teague I’d be canceling the work and why, the finger pointing STILL continued then they tried to stick material fees, admin fees, etc onto a “contract” that says nothing of the sort is required by my part if I choose to cancel the work. Then they continued to try to strong arm me when I offered to pay just the permit fee that was paid to the City where a permit was pulled, the only thing that I could actually verify was done. And they refused to accept the amount I was offering. Needless to say, I wont call or suggest Teague ever again. I grew up on job sites and worked as a Project manager and have realistic expectations. Teague unfortunately failed to meet them, and failed to own up to their faults when caught on them. ** Update on 5/15/24 ** Teague has continued to send me invoices in excess amounts that I told them I would be willing to pay in order to compromise, and I have filed a BBB complaint. ** Update on 5/20/24 ** Teague has waived all fees. My thoughts still stand though.

Tony Huff and his integration team completed everything contained in my detailed proposal and went the extra mile both during and after installation! I’m loving the system but their service takes first place!

Teague has quickly become our go-to electrical service contractor. They performed quality work on a new installation in our lower level as well as a few electrical service repairs . Michael J. was professional and courteous. They have helped us twice and we will certainly call them for our future needs.

I recently moved into a new home and wanted to have a general electrical safety inspection. I saw the great reviews for Teague and decided to have them out since the price seemed fair. I had two technicians at my house since one was being trained. They were both on time and were very professional, knowledgeable and did great work. They answered all of the questions I asked and were just an overall very pleasant experience. I would recommend Teague based on this experience alone. Thanks Mike and Mark, you guys are fantastic!

Teague Electric is great! They review the very reasonable prices ahead of your visit and are so efficient. Matt, the technician that came to our home, figured out a crazy complex issue with wires that had been chewed under an outbuilding and had it fixed in no time. He was very professional, explained everything and was very friendly. We’ve used them for decades and will remain their loyal customer.
