First of all, they showed up on the wrong day at 8:15am. We had received a text the night before confirming our appointment for monday. I had guests staying with me at the time. The 2 areas that they were supposed to work in were the 2 rooms my guests were in. We were all asleep when the guy came. We let him in and I had my guests to get up out of their beds and move what ever needed to be moved. In one of the rooms there was a bunch of stuff against the wall, plus a heavy dresser mirror on the wall. We moved everything, stuff was everywhere and the big mirror had to be placed on the bed. This disrupted everything. But, WE ACCOMMODATED THEM FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Then the lady at the office said the guy couldn’t do it that day. He needed 2 people. One of the jobs was to replace a can light with a wafer light. Shouldn’t be too hard for an electrician, right? The lady continued to say they could not do it that day. T & E should have accommodated us, since we did them. I was so embarrassed because of all the things my guests had to experience due to THEIR MISTAKE. The original appointment was on Monday morning. The guy showed up on the Friday before. I felt like T & E should give me some kind of discount for all the inconvenience they caused me and my guests. The lady said she would call me back after she talked to the owner to see what they could do. Well, NO PHONE CALL from the lady, so I called her several times before closing time. They would not answer the phone. SHE LIED about calling me back, plus they were a NO SHOW & NO PHONE CALL on Monday. (The real appointment date) They treat their customers TERRIBLE for THEIR MISTAKES!!! They DO NOT TRY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. Due to THEIR MISTAKE and NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL, it has stopped the progress in getting my project completed.The guy could have atleast changed the can light while he was there. I’m SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. BTW, I have never written a bad review, but I felt like this one deserved one.

We had T&E come out the first time to install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom that we couldn’t reach. They were on-time and professional. We had questions that were not related to the job they came for, but other electrical questions, and they answered them all and were very helpful with the info and recommendations. We have them coming out again next week to install an entry way light for a 19′ ceiling and I know we will have the same service. The pricing is also great. I highly recommend T&E Electric.

I needed a separate 20 amp outlet installed to run a piece of equipment. Gabby at T&E set up a time for the owner to come give an estimate, which he did the same day. I also wanted a malfunctioning hall light replaced and a shorting out ceiling fan light fixed. We scheduled a day & time for the work to be done. Two of his crew showed up on time to do the work. They were courteous, knowledgeable, explained what they’d be doing, wore masks at my request, and cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair and I’m satisfied with the work. I’ll definitely hire them again.

T&E Electric was recommended by Home Depot to install my new ceiling fan. They responded quickly, explained what the base cost would be with some possible variations based on what they might find when they got there. While they were here, I asked if they would install a light fixture. No problem! Even with the unexpected additional work I requested, the total cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend and would use again!

These two gentlemen are experienced, polite, and very affordable. I had a lot of little problems and they patiently went about fixing each one. I am so happy to find an electrician I could afford. They came the same day I called. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Gabby and Jesus were amazing. We just moved into town and called a few different electrical companies. T and E were by far the nicest and most responsive. Jesus did an amazing job explaining everything and got the job done asap. Best company hands down.
