End of June so you know they’re busy. They came out the same day!! Technician was professional and polite. He took care of the issue and had two other techs come out the following day to repair some duct work. Highly recommend, but be aware, they charge $125 for a “diagnostic fee,” plus additional fees for any work that might need to be done.

Our air conditioning unit died yesterday afternoon and by 5pm Sean had gotten us a portable unit to get us through until the new one arrived. Much to our surprise they came this morning by 11am and are installing the new unit. I couldn’t be happier with the courtesy and commitment of this company.

AC went out on Wednesday afternoon and called Suter Air Conditioning at 9am the next day. They got a Sean their repair man out before Noon!! He review the unit and discovered the problem quickly was the blower. Instead of replacing the whole blower at $800 he was able to just replace the computer part on the back that cost $50. Total Bill $150 – while here Sean looked at the whole unit and checked the pressure of the outside compressor. I asked for a quote for replacing the whole system should that day come and he was happy to take the time to get all the numbers together. WOW – what a pleasure to deal with a honest and reputable company. Call them with confidence.

Great company! Fast attention, friendly staff, and thorough service. Suter installed a mini split in 2nd story bedroom and it looks and works great! They did it quickly and kept the area clean too. I highly recommend Suter AC.
