Highly recommend Tri Counties. They definitely go above and beyond trying to help their customers. Friendly staff very knowledgeable. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Great prices and the service team is the best one’s around. They don’t try the you need this and that. You tell them the problem they give you options on the repairs. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

Glenn Hart is a great technician. Everybody is super friendly and on time. I couldn’t recommend anybody over them and we live over in Vestavia Hills….A little bit of a hike.

Got immediate service on my air conditioning unit during a hot spell. Service tech came same morning I called and was on time. Very professional and felt the price was reasonable! Will definitely use again.

I’ve used Tri Counties in every house we’ve had since the 80s!! Always excellent service, above and beyond. They don’t do anything that you don’t need, and they discuss in detail what you do need, and their estimates are spot on. I recommend them to everyone!!

After two years of helping me keep the old system running the time came for us to replace old Mr. Freeze our heat pump. At 13 years old there were too many problems including a leaking coil. So we got bids. Tri Counties was $2000 less than the nearest other bid. We spoke on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning they came and by five we could put an ice rink in our house. Great service, friendly techs, wonderful job. My WIFE IS HAPPY and that is a bonus for me. We will continue to tell our friends about Tri Counties Heating and Air. Honest nice people, doing honest work. Thanks for serving us.

With 45 minutes of calling, they had a technician on his way. He was friendly and helpful and able to fix our AC unit. Cheapest service fee in the area, will use them again!

I appreciate the work and pricing, but did not show up during the window they provided. Showed up 2 hours later with no explanation or apology. Doesn’t provide a good experience for people who work or who have to put animals up before arrival.

Years ago we needed a new heating and air system, Tri County did an excellent job recommending the best size and type of system for our home. A few years ago a pump went out after several floods, they replaced it with no hassle and only charged for the very low cost service call. Today was the 2nd really warm day of the season (80ish degrees) our AC wasn’t cooling like it normally did. One call this morning, Tri County was here this afternoon and quickly found the wires a chipmunk or squirrel chewed through, again- quick service and a bill so reasonable (low?) I had to ask if it was correct! This is a locally owed business serving Jefferson, Shelby and St. Clair county Alabama. If you need HVAC Service, please give them a call.

I know these people very very well. These guys do very nice quality work and are some of the best people you’ll ever deal with. Very nice and respectful and do amazing work. I highly recommend if you need anything done with your AC or heat these are the ones you want to do it.
