My husband and I want to thank you and the gentlemen who came to our home to replace our garbage disposal and toilet. Not only were they very professional, efficient, and friendly, but they went the extra mile to fix something another contractor had apparently broken without even pointing fingers at the previous installers. We thank God (and them) for their coming to our rescue right away when we were in crisis. No wonder Buckmaster is the highest rated plumbing company in the region! I called three different times To schedule someone to come out and look at my air conditioner. Every time I called I was told that somebody would call back to schedule, the last time you called I finally just sped up and told them that I needed to schedule because I have been calling for three weeks. After they came out, they were supposed to send us an estimate for a new air-conditioning unit and furnace, I had to call them to get that. So we went with a different company. The customer service is not very good.

These guys are fantastic. Right on time. Friendly and very helpful. Explained everything that was going on. Would definitely call them again. Highly recommended! Update 3/30/23 Reason why I use and rely on these guys. They’re awesome! Robert just came out and assessed the central heating/ cooling unit Buckmaster put in 15 years ago from prior owners of the house I bought. He was solid. Looked over unit, replaced filter and was straight forward. Looking forward to the new water heater unit being put in soon. Buckmaster, you guys are great! Thank you for all your help.
