Excellent service!! Jason quickly and professionally diagnosed my issue. I had been directed by Texas New Mexico power to have an electrician come out to determine if my surging power was something that fell under my responsibility or their responsibility before they would send a crew out to address my line issue. After being terrified for a week that we would have an electrical fire due to the surges, Jason was able to explain the situation in a manner I understood, and eased my fears of danger. 10/10 recommend Mr. Sparky.

About a month ago, our whole-home generator quit working. Initially, we called a different company out that basically gave us the run around. Finally, we were (are) facing hurricane/tropical storm Beryl, and I have medical equipment that needs electricity. I searched for generator repair companies that were open on weekends and found Mr Sparky of Clear Lake. I called and left a message and our call was returned within an hour or so. Mr John said he would be out the next day. True to his word, he arrived around noon, and had our generator up and running by 2:30. The other company said they had to special order parts. Mr John said all he would have to do is run to the local auto parts store. And he did. Now our generator is fixed and we don’t have to worry if the power goes out. Additionally, the price was much more reasonable than the other company’s. We will definitely call Mr Sparky Clear Lake for future maintenance and any other electrical issues in the future, and we will 100% recommend them, too!

Great electrician. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Jason arrived exactly on time. Diagnosed the problem with the 240 volt line. Replaced the defective breaker and took the extra time to strip and reconnect the wires to the outdoor breaker for my hot tub. Very personable neat and thorough. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend this company. Make sure you call the service in Clear Lake as they have another operation in the Houston area. I believe they service all of Galveston County.
