The capacitor on my unit was messed up and the company assured me changing that piece wouldn’t fix the problem. They recommended replacing the motor ($900 expense) or replacing the whole unit. A few days later I ordered a new capacitor on Amazon for $50, and the unit has been working perfectly for the past two years since I fixed it myself. Seems like they are more interested in profit than the customer’s best interest.

Unprofessional company. Its been heat warnings in Vegas for the past 3 weeks and my families AC has been out for 2 weeks because this company keeps rescheduling. Not only do they keep rescheduling but it turns out they didn’t even schedule my appointment from last week for today. So now i have to wait until Saturday to get my AC fixed (hopefully). Do yourself a favor and go through a better company.

They offered a $55 tune up/check up on my two units on the roof. They were on time and didn’t try to sell a repair that wasn’t necessary. I kind of knew my units were doing well but for $100 to drive out and check them out was very reasonable. The fact that they were honest puts them at 4 stars. Honesty is a big thing here in Vegas.
