We called Amped about 4pm the day before the 4th of July holiday and they sent their technician Paul within 30 minutes. The technician Paul was professional, very thorough and fixed our AC problem within the hour. He then adjusted the vents and explained the changes. We immediately felt a difference. This was our first time using this company and I can’t see us using any other company after this service. Paul was awesome. I highly recommend Amped services and definitely their technician Paul. Thank you!

Paul who came out to do the service provided us with superb service. relentlessly thorough. honest. cordial. knowledgeable. if there were 10 Stars available to give I would easily give 10 Stars. there are so many crooks in the HVAC business this isn’t one of them.

Amped is definitely the best HVAC company around Lakewood Ranch area. Paul the technician is very professional and trustworthy person. He explained everything and took plenty of time to check the entire system. He fixed the issue we had in less than an hour and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. I highly recommend Amped Services Plus to all Lakewood Ranch residents.

Tech came over due to AC not cooling fully. Tech apparently communicated to Property Manager that he changed the direction of all the vents which made a big difference. He also mentioned cleaning the drain line. When tenant returned home, same AC issues were present. Tenant called Amped Air three times to find out if anything else was done by the tech since not one picture or video or summary sheet was provided. Manager finally called stating he would need to return to residence. Resident asked to be present next time due to a lack of communication by Amped Air and asked for evening/weekend availability. Have not been given a time to return, and issues with AC not fully cooling remain.
