Great company, quick to respond, good communication and great at what they do. They give a full color report with a clear diagnosis on your furnace or hot water tank which is a great report to have on your most important home fixtures.

I would give 10 starts if available! 1st Response is honest, professional and work fast to get issues resolved! We had our furnace die and they came the same day, sent a quote for choices the following morning and booked the installation of the new system for a few days later once we picked one! The tech that installed (Collin) was super patient explaining the new system to us and made sure to run all tests. Very pleasant and professional! Overall, we had a great experience!

If you ever have the need for an HVAC company, 1st Response HVAC is the BEST! They are meticulously thorough, friendly, clean, respect your home and go above and beyond for the customer. Okay… WOW!! My husband and I had to have our heating system replaced when our ancient furnace suddenly stopped working. We got bids from 1st Response and another well known Seattle firm. The bids were for identical systems but 1st Response came in $10,000 lower! But I have to say what was most impressive by far was their staff! Rylan, Ethan and Jake were polite, cheerful and worked tirelessly to get our system installed as quickly as possible. Even after working for 10 or more hours, their attitudes never changed. They dealt with the job efficiently and worked tirelessly to get it all done. I’ve had this house for decades and can’t recall a better experience with home repairs or improvements. Do yourself a favor and considered these folks for your next project!

We returned home from vacation to record cold temperatures and discovered our entire heating system wasn’t working. 1st Response’s technician Riley came out the same day and did a great job of trouble shooting. There were a number of possible causes, but Riley contacted the manufacturer and managed to figure out the issue. He stayed late and worked diligently to resolve the problem. Thanks to Riley and 1st Response, our heating system was up and running on the same day!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the team at 1st Response. Rylan came out and did all he could to first try to fix, then find an affordable replacement for my old furnace. And Ethan went above and beyond during the install. Also, the office staff was wonderful, including Kimberly, Melissa, and Nairobi.
