NuWave Electric installed a four-zone mini-split system and 3 ceiling fans. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and for the first time have AC in our home. Before starting the project, Tim made two visits to our home to ensure everything was properly planned. Adam and Aaron couldn’t have been more thorough and thoughtful during their installation. Tim, Adam and Aaron care about people and their craftsmanship. They are great people to do business with. Highly recommended.

I contracted NuWave for the installation of a Generac Generator. Even thought there were some delays between the installation of the transfer box and the generator itself the installers were professional and polite. The final step was the final hookup and activation which I have been waiting over a month to be completed. I have made numerous phone calls (always need to leave a message), several email responses from Tim to set up a time with no response and two “Contact Us” inquiries with nothing. Their customer service is awful. My next step is to contact the BBB or State Office of Consumer Affairs.

I was driving down in Meredith center rd to my fishing spot.the driver of a nuwave white van with a blue and yellow logo was driving faster than the speed limit and began to ride my rear bumper. I continued to do the 30 mph speed limit and began to turn off at the crematory by the fire station. I turned on my blinker and began slowing down to turn when the guy in the van slammed on his brakes screaming and flipping me off! I clearly had my turn signal on and turned at a normal rate of speed he then spun his tiers and took off! Completely unacceptable behavior in a work vehicle.I get its hot out but no one deserves that kinda treatment.

NuWave just finished installing a 6 zone mini split system for us. The entire process was extremely professional and efficient. Mike came out twice to tweak the plan before the install, and even brought the Mitsubishi rep to make sure everything was well designed. We went into the install with confidence which is important for a job of this scope. Mike took the time to make sure we were comfortable and all our questions were answered, which was not the case with the other estimates we received. The installers Tim and Aaron were beyond our expectations, friendly, super detail oriented and very respectful of our home. In fact, they were there alone most of the time when we were at work. This was a difficult install with long lineset runs and the need to go up 3 stories. We are unbelievably impressed with NuWave in all aspects of this job and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing an A/C install or any other type of electrical work. Great job!

Apparently I have some very unique lighting in my huge cathedral ceiling and walls. (30 ft high at the tallest point. ). After almost 10 years, these lights have begun to go out, one by one. For almost two years I looked for an electrician to help me, even if it meant replacing all fixtures. Overall I probably had 5-6 companies come over, take one of the “light bulbs”. Most of the time I never heard from them again and my calls were not returned, or…they said they could not help me. Even local handymen came over, took a bulb and could not help. Then I had the good fortune of calling NuWave Electric. Carlos and his team were nothing short of amazing. As he said, it was like trying to find “a needle in a haystack” for some of the fixtures. The 30 foot high ceiling didn’t seem like such a big deal to this crew. They were prompt, courteous, kept in touch, professional, and meticulous in their work. They would not settle for second best. I will not hesitate to call them for any future work (have already started a short list.). Save yourself alot of frustration and disappointment: Call NuWave

They are MITSUBISHI DIAMOND installers for a reason. They installed 4 very large split systems with 9 heads in 2 of our family’s homes and did an AMAZING job. I then had them replace my main electric panel so I can connect a generator easily and that too was professional and we also bought a Generac generator from their retail store. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for any job large or small.

had them install a Mitsubishi hyper heat mini split. excellent install and service. would highly recommend!!!
