H&G show early for the appointment, which was great. The plumber was very professional did a great job replacing the water heater in my house. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs.

We have used H&G heating and plumbing for well over a decade, and they have always been quick to respond in Emergency , fair on pricing, and have an excellent program for spring and fall maintenance, that is proactive. Sometimes they’re emergency. Maintenance costs can be quite high, but they do a wonderful job every time they come.

Todd the technician showed up early after a call from the office asking if he could head my way, took my info on my situation and the things I wanted checked, he completed and corrected everything necessary. Will be using H&G in the future and asking for Todd.

Called for a quote for a professional grade water heater. Got a quote over the phone and was able to have it installed the very next morning. Install was professional with all water line soldered neatly and venting done well. Todd, the Technician, was very knowledgeable. He explained how the install would go and explained my warranty and operation of the water heater in detail. I would use H&G again.

Todd, from H & G came out and replaced our water heater, and it was not an easy task! He had his work cut out for him as water heater was hard to get to! He was punctual, cleaned up after himself, explained what he did, and did a great job! Can’t thank him enough..👍🏻
