The first day we moved into our home the AC broke. Service General was recommended by our realtor. They came gave us a temporary fix, were back when they said, didn’t charge us fir the temp fix because we had them install a new system always here when they said cleaned up after they were finished installers very professional. Would use them again.

I want to thank you for all you do for my mom. I live in Utah and own my own HVAC company so any time my mom needs something I pay close attention on what’s being said, done, and cost and I have always felt like you have been extremely great in all those areas. I have even talk with the tech on the phone during him diagnosing it and felt like he new what he was doing. Thank you! It’s nice to be able to count on another company when you can’t do it yourself. Timothy Obiedzenski was fantastic. Always very informative everytime he comes out to maintain or repair our a/c or heater unit.He is a people person.Answers every question. Our homeowners insurance was trying to tell us they couldn’t find the part we needed & told us we needed a new heater until. I called Service General late yesterday afternoon & this morning Timothy was here replacing the defective part that the homeowner’s insurance and the contractor couldn’t find. Thank you Timothy.7/10/2024 We just had Jason come out to do maintenance on our a/c. He is also very knowledgeable with a/c. We have always been satisfied with Service General. Great people and company.
