My hvac system was serviced by Mike recently. He was punctual, engaging and courteous. When the service was completed, he took the time to explain what maintenance items were performed, which parts were replaced and that the system was in excellent working order. The service was performed on 5/23/24

My HVAC failed four days before a big party I was hosting at my home – and the forecast was calling for hot weather all week! J&B came through for me – it was an absolute miracle. They got me a quote, moved their schedule around and were able to order and install a brand new HVAC just in time for my event. PLUS their prices blew the other vendors I’d been considering using out of the water. And their technicians are kind, polite, conscientious and hardworking. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

The service technician is very respectable of my place; they wear booties and they are also very professional and pleasant. That’s why I remain with J&B.

I have used J&B comfort for over 25 years. They have always been responsive and professional. When I had no heating one night I called and left a message. They called me back within an hour and the repair was done the following morning. I believe having a contract maintains your systems and your relationship with the company. I’ve read the bad reviews. I can’t imagine Barb raising her voice to anyone.
