I am writing this on behalf on my 80 year old parents. Estes replaced their 20year old system and had Marcus and Jeff as their technicians. The men were wonderful in helping my parents feel comfortable and answered all their questions. They made the installation process easy and provided great customer service to them. I highly recommend these men and Estes if you heating and air conditioning issues. Thank y’all so much for the great service!

Marcus and Jeff arrived promptly to install my new furnace and thermostat. When finished, they explained what had been done and explained how the new thermostat differed from the old one. I liked these technicians very much and hope that they will be the ones to do my HVAC inspections.

We had a new AC installed and the installers Marcus and Jeff did a professional job. Every thing quoted by our Analyst Laverne Jackson was done exactly as explained to us. The installers were very neat and left our property clean. We purchased Carrier brand.
