I believe this firm isn’t actually an electrical company, what I’ve gathered is they’re a broker service for freelance electricians, etc. They’ll charge you a service fee when you schedule service, however, this is actually to pay for a service called “Premium Home” which is the “broker service” application. Not sure they actually provide any service outside of assigning you a technician. Fast forward, I scheduled an appointment for Monday, they told me they’d be there between 9-12 that same day. No show, called back Tuesday, they rescheduled for that same morning, no show. Called Tuesday afternoon, rescheduled for that same afternoon, no show. Starting to notice the pattern? Played that silly little game until Friday where I decided to cancel and request a refund for the service fee, they obliged with no pushback. They were very unapologetic throughout the process, I suggest finding a local company to handle your needs. These guys are a lousy call center.

David was professional, courteous and came exactly when he said he was coming. I wasn’t able to be present for the job, but he and his associates kept in touch throughout the entire process. When I had an issue completely unrelated to their job, he was quick to come and help out, after hours at that, without a second thought. Very reasonable prices too.

The service is poor. I called Adle Electrician to come and repair my outlet as it lost power in which they came promptly and made the adjustment on the receptacle switch. However, they did not inform me about the hourly charge until the job was done. I wish they had told me when I first called! The charge was outrages on top of that was a “service fee” of $99. I did pay it and now after 2 weeks my power on the outlet is out again. Not doing business again.

I am new to the area and was referred by a plumber I trusted. I have been so impressed by the professionalism, expertise, courtesy, timeliness, helpful advice and suggestions, outstanding quality of work. All prices were agreed upon ahead of time. James stands by his work 100%. I cannot say enough positive things about his work and service. I recommend Adle Electrician highly and with no reservations.
