Our AC wasn’t cooling and it was a Saturday. So many places couldn’t come until Monday. I contacted Kevin and he replied right away and came and fixed it!! Such a nice guy and prices were very reasonable! Highly recommend!!

Kevin went above and beyond for us. Not only did he fit us into his already busy schedule during this heatwave. The technician that came out for us was super friendly and helpful by explaining everything that he was doing. By far the best services I had. With the anticipation of a hot summer this year our ac had a major leak and needed to be replaced. We called around and recieved quotes from a few places but KCs was the best. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and once we made our decision Kevin was able to get us scheduled right away! His team was professional. They got our new ac unit replaced, up and running quickly. KC will be the first place we look to for all our heating and cooling needs! Thanks again guys!!

I highly recommend KC Heating & Cooling. Kevin came out next day after I called to do a quote and worked around my schedule to get my new furnace and ac installed. Him and his team were all professional and respectful of my home, cleaning up mess and taking everything with them. I would definitely use KC again in future!!

I made an appointment for two furnace check ups after talking to owner on Facebook messenger and by text. I ended up having to reschedule as a had to stay late for work, I gave him 24 hour notice when I found out’ he responded by when would you like to do it again I responded with another day and the same time and he has decided to ghost me ( this is my own opinion and how I felt). I had scheduled two but when I rescheduled I told him only one at this time. Not professional in my opinion, up till then he always was very responsive till that last time. I sent a text. I have never used him before now and he hasn’t done any work for me so I won’t speak on that subject at all. I’d also like to add while he got back to me after this review he kept telling me be a man and delete this review, this was said few times and I won’t delete the review, its honest and precise, communication would have solved this whole simple thing. Kinda too bad as he had great reviews and seems like he knows his stuff. Well win some lose some.
