Our family recently experienced an emergency electrical issue in our home after hours, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the service from 8Thirty Electric. Speaking with Brittany first she reassured me that she would get a tech to me as soon as possible. Hayward arrived incredibly prompt, ready to tackle the problem. Hayward was knowledgeable and efficient, diagnosing and with the assistance of John, fixing the issue with expertise. To top it off, their rates were affordable, which was a huge relief during such a stressful time. He went above and beyond and came out twice to make sure our home passed inspection, providing videos, pictures, and a written report of what he did. Calling John with 8thirty electric, Inc to fix my electrical problems in my 5 year old house was a great decision. I had a problem with my dishwasher turning on and off. I also had some other minor problems with wiring in my house and John exchanged my fuses and fixed a couple amateur wiring jobs done by the prior owners. I appreciated that he gave detailed explanations to everything he did so that I actually learned a lot of things. An other bonus is that John charged half the price than other businesses. John also charged fairly according to the time he spent on the job.

At 5:30 PM on a Monday, I found myself in urgent need of an electrician. I reached out to 8Thirty Electrical, the only 24-hour electrician service in Alpharetta. By 6:38 PM, John was at my door and immediately got to work. His professionalism was unmatched by any other tradesman I’ve had in my home, truly setting a higher standard. The issue was complex—a direct electrical short. However, with his tools and knowledge, John quickly pinpointed and fixed the problem.
