My air conditioner quit and it was very hot. (over 100 degrees) I called several places and left messages but no answer. AV Heating and Cooling answered! They tried to get out that day but it was too late and they were booked up. They came out the next day and Jim fixed the problem. He even explained it. He was quick and courteous! Thank you SO MUCH! If you need help, CALL THEM! AMAZING!

I highly recommend Jim and AV Heating and Cooling LLC. They are competent and very thorough with both routine maintenance services and needed repairs. They did an awesome job with my HVAC replacement installation and they are the only ones I trust to work on it.

I am visiting from out of state. My relative had a service repair call and spring AC maintenance completed. Very impressed – Service was timely and thorough. Thoughtfully answered any questions and shared things to do in-between the spring and fall maintenances to maximize unit performance. I was also pleasantly surprised by the service and repair costs.

My mom and I have used this company for both heating and cooling issues. We had a wonderful technician by the name of Mr. Workman who not only repaired the problems but did a little teaching on the side. Will 100% be returning for any other heating or cooling problems.

We’ve used AV for years to repair our furnace and AC. The time finally came where it was time to replace the old system and was happy with the results. Our technician was courteous and did a great job explaining everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AV to any of my friends or family.

I always get nervous about bringing out a contractor to come assess repairs on my home, but Jim did a great job! He explained everything to me in a respectful manner, and was patient with us! Would recommend to people in the area for sure! I already plan on using their services again in the future!
