Called to get someone to come look at a unit it there was no issues there but when they asked for my last name I said it twice Antonio said”colmansdaughter yea I doubt that are you serious” so spelled my name and told them I would call someone else. If you don’t understand what someone is saying you should ask them to spell it and not be rude thinking someone is trying to make a joke.

I have been using this company for service and repairs for years, at different homes I’ve owned. But last week was my first time to get a brand new furnace and AC unit installed. Stan is over new installations. He came out and gave me a quote. Explained my options of the different systems available to me. Stan was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in depth. I appreciated that very much. I chose the system I wanted, things were ordered, and installation date was set. The installation team arrived promptly and did a fantastic job!!! They taught me how to use my new high tech thermostat, and showed me different things about my new system. The whole experience of getting my new heating and AC system has been amazing! This company is wonderful to work with. And I believe you would think so too!!! Give Independence Mechanical a call for all your heating and cooling needs. You will be thankful that you did!!!

Stanley came out and gave a us quote for a new AC system. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. Definitely give these guys a call!

The service from the company is fine. Never an issue scheduling an appointment , always on time, great service. My issue is that I took a service agreement and pay it monthly and they keep double charging me. I called 3 times and couldn’t get it resolved with company so I had to go through fraud dept with the bank. This month- another double withdraw. It’s enough hassle to make me cancel my service agreement. Once is a mistake (if you correct it), twice is an issue.

Fantastic company who values integrity of work and honesty. Had them replace our entire HVAC system and it’s been perfect ever since. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable, fast and trustworthy.

Aaron, the service man was incredible. He was positive, professional, and did the job perfectly. He informed me of what he did including carbon levels in the house. He always has a great attitude, and you can tell he loves his job. I’ve recommended Independence Mechanical to friends and family, and I’ll continue to do so thanks to the great people in the field like Aaron as well as their great customer support (Brandon). 5/5!
