These guys are terribly incompetent and ridiculously expensive. In order to do a simple repair of putting two ‘Long Turn T Wye’s’ together, one for the toilet, one for the air vent, then tie in the tub and the wash room pipe, what should be NO LONGER than a one hour job, they wanted $6000.00!!!! This is a simple fix; and they wanted all day for their incompetent “plumbers” to work on it. If any plumber needs more than 1 hour to complete such a simple task, then you need to stay OUT of the plumbing business! Stay far, far away from this phoney company, “Right Now”, no matter what you do!! This is a TOTAL SCAM company!! I don’t believe ANY of the reviews on this company that are ‘good’, I believe they’re all the same few writers and they cut and paste photos. You’re much better off simply waiting for an honest, true plumber to schedule you. Stay away from Right Now for any of your household repair needs. You’re much better off calling Lost River Plumbing out of Moore, Idaho or Holeshot Plumbing out of Idaho Falls. My bid should have been $600.00, and that means they’re getting $200 an hour and travel time, back and forth which is way too expensive anyway. (So, this is how you treat a Veteran who proudly served our country, you start a company that scams hardworking Americans…).

I wish I could give no stars!!!!! Worst costumer service!! They were great at getting us the unit that we needed and getting it installed in a timely manner. We had to have them come out a day after because they “forgot” to plug in the tube that drain the water. Then they came out the next month to fill it with Freon because it had a leak. Then they came out and “fixed” the problem and forgot to turn on the breaker to the unit. They crossed the wires and had it blowing heat for AC. Then the next month they had to come fix a part that was broken from the factory, meaning it never worked the whole time I had it. During the winter the Heat pump that we originally bought the unit for to keep our bill down in the winter never worked. I asked them who was going to pay the power bill due to the unit having to run non-stop to keep us warm. I asked for a manager to call me, and I was told over and over that I would get a call back, and surprise, surprise No call. I have had to have a tech come to my house almost every month and the unit it just now this month a year old. The last trip the tech told us that the unit was out of Freon again and that he filled it with a die to see why it is leaking. He said that I would just have to call them when it was out again. For something that is costing me so much money I should not have to take time from my life to wait on a tech each month to come and fix something else. This is the worst company when it comes to getting something taken care of. I feel like they gave me a junk unit and promised it would help with those high-power bills, then when they get me roped in they just do not care. I really thought that when I did my research on what company to go with that this was the right choice. I guess I was wrong. I am not one to post reviews, but I have tried for a year to get someone to make it right with no response. So here we are. Please do your research and make sure you are working with a good company if you are spending big money!!

The technician was fast, efficient and gave a thorough explanation of what was involved in the maintenance. When he left, there was no sign he had been here as he left no mess. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing on July 1. Their technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was thorough, friendly and respectful. I will definitely use this technician and company again.

This company was very nice from calling them to the techs who came out. The phone rep was willing to try to get someone out to give me a quote same day I called. I only had that day to get this done. She was able to do it. The techs came out on time and were super nice! They told me the price and stated they could do it right then, if I wanted it done. My water shut off valve was seized and my pressure valve needed replacing. I wanted it done since it’s hard for me to get time off work and I wanted to be able to turn water off to my house if a pipe were to burst. They got it done in about an hour and I haven’t had a problem. The techs so forth coming with answer to all my questions. I believe the head techs name was Andrew. Would recommend this company to anyone due to their speediness and quality of work! Thanks Right now heating! Pic shows both parts that were replaced

Drew, Nick & Christian were all knowledgeable, courteous, and just wanted to help. I appreciate all of the effort and the determination to figure out the problem! Thanks again! Although I didn’t get names the office staff were great as well! Very Pleasant. So was Michele! They came out quick! Definitely will use them again. I hope I don’t need to though. Definitely would recommend to others!

My technician Jesus and Sales Rep Stephen were friendly, professional, and were very informative about root cause of ac going out and the possible solutions they could offer. I absolutely love that a technician could come out the same day I called and get our house cooled within an hour.
