I would never do business with a company that hires and protects con-artists and scammers. One of their employees has been scamming people for thousands of dollars and when I called to report to this business that one of their employees was doing this, they told me its not their problem. Why on earth would you want to do business with a company who hires dishonest and terrible people? Says a lot about them as a business if you ask me. I would steer clear.

Electrical switch repair. Thirty minutes $360. Rip-off . This is not an electrical service. It is a broker/contractor who essentially doubles the actual labor charges of an independent electrician who receives the leads from Hurst Electric. Problem fixed but outrageous charge.

Being an HVAC control electrician, I’ve worked alongside Hurst on multiple projects, and they’ve never done me wrong. Way better than brandt lol. They’re very considerate of other trades. Best electrical contractor I’ve worked with in DFW.

Almost hit by a Hurst Electric Truck. I had to yield traveling east on service road by I-20 for vehicles exiting off I-20 towards Matlock. Truck came barreling down and just managed to swerve in time to miss me. When I called Hurst Electric to report – man who answered said “oh let me transfer you to their office” then he hung up. Tried to call back 2 times both times phone was answered and immediately disconnected! In my opinion I would be very careful about doing business with a Company who acts so shady!
