Elite Comfort is precisely what I received from Air Tech of Humble!!! Hurricane Beryl wreaked havoc in Southeast Texas leaving millions without electricity and great distress!! After five days without power and 92 degrees temperature in the house my family had to evacuate the house and go to a hotel until the power came back on. When we got the notification from Centerpoint that the power was back on we raced back home to have to face the reality that our central air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. Searching the internet I was elated that Air Tech of Humble was able to send us someone to diagnose and fix our problem. The young lady who answered the phone said she would find a technician to come out on this past Sunday night before midnight so we could have a restful night. That’s when our super hero Adrian Rivera arrived on the scene. Adrian is polite, pleasant, attentive and professional. Once we made him aware of what was going on he was like Sherlock Holmes on the case to decipher the mystery of why our unit wasn’t producing as it was designed to do. Adrian was very respectful of our property and laser focused to getting the best outcome for us. With sweat running down his face, he remained focused on the task at hand. My husband shared with him my health issues and the health of our daughter who is paraplegic was his main concern and if it wasn’t possible to be fixed, we would have to leave the home again. Adrian was already determined to identify the problem so the “Elite Comfort” the company aims to provide their customers is exactly what we would receive. Adrian had sweat running down his face but wasn’t deterred; searching for the cause of our predicament. Thanks be unto God, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue as he guaranteed so we didn’t have to flee again. I highly recommend Air Tech of Humble for your air conditioning system needs and maintenance. Their service plan will prevent us and their other customers from having issues before storms roll into the area. Additionally, Adrian’s professionalism, expertise, drive and dedication to insure that customers have the “Elite Comfort” that the company promises is the reason why I highly recommend Adrian Rivera!!! Thank you Adrian for turning our frowns to jubilant smiles; you are truly a hero in our community and an angel heaven sent!!!

I had a very good experience with my tech, Michael Caruthers, today. He’s witty, knowledgeable, upfront, polite and patient. He showed me what he did while on my property from beginning to end. He even ran to take my trash can to the street to catch the trash truck. When you make your appointment with AirTech, ask for Michael. He’s going to take really good care of you and he breaks it down ti make sure you understand the cost of services they provide. Thanks Michael!!!
