After my Mother’s recent death, I got a referral to Air-Care SE from a friend of my Mom. The friend has been using Air-Care for many years and raved about them. So I called and explained that I needed to have them fix the A/C in my Mom’s house, but I was on a tight schedule. They gave me the appointment time I asked for and were actually a couple minutes early, to my pleasant surprise. The technician (Rick) was courteous, professional, and had the system diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours. They only charged me for the one part they used, plus coolant, and labor. I do not hesitate to recommend Air-Care Southeast to anyone in the area needing A/C work. If I lived closer to their service area, they would be the only ones I would call. Thank you Air-Care Southeast!!

I can’t thank Air-Care Southeast enough for their outstanding service. My A/C broke down during a heatwave, and I was desperate to get it fixed. Their team responded to my emergency call promptly and had a technician, Rick Holgin, at my doorstep within an hour. Rick was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to restore my cooling system. They even provided tips on regular maintenance to keep my A/C running smoothly. Everyone called were like not in your aear or get back with me on Tuesday. Air care southeast were Suoerhero that showed up. Rick was the superhero that showed up the two days get heat working. Christmas going too be warm.

Mike and his crew has been sevicing our needs for more than 20 years. His honesty and integrity is secound to none. I can only say, being an electrician and a teacher in that trade, having a person that you can trust in knowing his trade and with the previously mentioned characteristics is very rare. Altogether a very pleasant and speedy experience. Knew I needed full system replacement. Got quote over the phone and bought the same day. Day and a half later 4 man crew were here installing. Went fast and well. Carl Highfill came by 2 days later and walked me around and explained everything. Paid be check and got a cash discount.
