I’ve never done business with Right Touch, but I tried. I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment, and on the day they called to inform me they wouldn’t be able to make the scheduled time. They indicated I had to reschedule, and the time they offered was another week and a half later. I’m completely understanding of jobs running long and needing to reschedule. However, I am baffled by a policy that moves the party being rescheduled (me, in this case) to the back of the queue. I recognize that’s the easiest solution for Right Touch, but it is simply disrespectful to the scheduled customer and a bad business policy. Right Touch’s response below doesn’t address the fundamental issue of their rescheduling policy.

My company has found their trusted electrician in Right Touch Electrical, Derrick. He has been our hero even in the late night hours coming in to fix our emergency electrical issues, and even handled finding a generator when there were none in our city after a hurricane. As a medical laboratory, having electrical issues is one of our worst nightmares, but with Derrick one call away we sleep better now. Thank you Right Touch Electrical and Derrick for the 5/5 star service you have provided.

Josh was an absolute All-Star. He came very quickly to help us with our emergency. He explained, in simple non-electrician language, what the issue was and how he was going to get our lights on tonight plus how he was going to fix the problem permanently the next day. He could not have had a better attitude (considering it was 1am) and were sleeping in the A/C tonight, thanks to Josh and Right Touch!!!

Josh did an amazing job! I called during the aftermath of the hurricane and they were able to come out the same day to get broken wires fixed. He was kind, on time, hard working, and very helpful with our situation. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks again for getting us back up and running after a hurricane!

I was in need of a transfer switch that I was hoping would be used with my portable generator to run my AC. I worked with a very knowledgeable individual named Josh. He explained to me some of the problems I would run into with my setup and provided me with some creative recommendations to solve my problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. No fee to come out. Provided honest, expert advice with fair quotes. I plan on using them for all my electrical needs moving forward.
