The initial visit with Brad was great. He is professional and explains everything well. Chris and Joey installed the new system and were also professional, courteous and explained everything well! I highly recommend this company! I had an issue and Robert came out and found it and also very professional and courteous while explaining it all to me. This company is the one to go to!

I am an Airbnb owner and host, and we had three lovely couples in for the New Year’s weekend. They let us know the heat pump was not heating the house, and the outside temps were in the 30’s. I immediately called Knox. Not only was their staff understanding, they sent a technician out to our property THAT SAME AFTERNOON! And because we have a maintenance contract with them, we received a discount on the service call–ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND! Kudos to Robert, our service technician, and Kimberly, the office manager, who took my call. They impressed me as well as our guests–I cannot thank them enough or recommend them highly enough for fast, courteous, competent service. I am so happy I had the chance to write this review and let them know how appreciated they are.

Jeff was GREAT! House kept getting warmer on July 4th. I have a maintenance agreement with Knox, but thought we could make it until a normal business day. Gave in and called. Jeff was so nice and said it was “his job to take care of our problem and would be directly over”. It turned out to be a capacitor and he had the replacement part on his truck. Great service from an outstanding company!
