Joe was super professional, knowledgeable, and very thoughtful throughout the entire diagnosis. He was able to quickly figure out the issue with our HVAC and what was causing the air pressure issue we were dealing with. He even gave us tips and advice on maintenance and care for our unit. Allen was very pleasant & very helpfull answering my questions. He also pointed out something that I had not noticed & that was that I had to change the batteries in my control box for the furnace & air conditioner. This is the only heating and air conditioning company I will use. Very honest company. Repair men are very honest and friendly. They really do an excellent job!!! Alan Nava was out today. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. So happy with the service he provided.

I value Family Man Heating and Cooling company to the greatest power. When I called, I was treated nicely with a greeting of concern. My urgent matter became their urgent matter and had someone at my home the following morning. I was updated with personal tracking of arrival which was ahead of my scheduled time. Alan listened to the problem I had with my AC and knew exactly where to look. He showed me where the issue was for my knowledge and solved what was needed to get the AC running again. What I thought would take hours was a in and out process. I will give this company a 10 out of 10 review. Very clean, on time, knowledgeable, and reliable. After my service I was given a chance to update the company just in case I had any problems which I have not. I thank you for the urgency and commitment to the community when needed.
