I can not recommend using these people. I called and made an appt. for them to replace a ceiling fan and light fixture. They came out on time and insisted it was their policy to do a full inspection. The technician proceeded to my breaker box and removed my a/c breaker and hot water breaker. After he disabled them, he said they were not in good shape and he would not be able to put them back and turn the air/hot water back on unless I replaced them. (charged over $700/breaker). This was a Friday and summer. What choice did I have? He then stated he could not install the ceiling fan without an assistant per their policy. I had informed them about wanting a ceiling fan installed when I made the appt. yet they chose not to send an assistant out initially and the nearest one was over 2 hours away. Also, the technician broke the ceiling fixture while installing it, but he did go and get a replacement and put it on the company card. At least they did that. I have tried to make a complaint to a manager and was told that they would have one contact me. I gave them my email and cell number but over a week has passed and I never heard from them. As a female living on a fixed income, I feel I was taken advantage of financially and this company’s business practices border on fraudulent!

I needed Mr Spark’s help again when our stove went out. They came immediately, found the problem and fixed it. Just as last time, they left things not only fixed, but safe!

I’m a retired veteran and just moved into area. I really can’t understand why the owner of the house (my brother) has to call and schedule an appointment when I’m living in the house. I have no hotwater at this time.

I don’t know about all of the Mister Sparky places but I want to tell you about the Mister Sparky by Wise Electric. 5 stars is not high enough. These men and women are great. From talking to a lady on the phone, to talking to a manager, and working with the guys that came out to my house I cannot say enough. The work that they did at my house is top notch. I just wish I had the knowledge and technical skills that they have. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to have any electrical work done or a generator placed at your house. Everyone this only the 2nd review that I have ever done and I knew I needed to let everyone know how good these people are.
