My daughter and son-in-law just moved to Hendersonville, and three weeks into owning a home that they knew from their home inspection report had wiring issues, they still hadn’t been able to get an electrician out. Richard was recommended to us by a neighbor. It seems electricians are in high demand and short supply here. When we called his office, we weren’t promised a call back or an appointment time, but were told he was out taking care of wind-related emergencies. Four days later I was beginning to wonder if he would call, but he called that day when he was in the area, and thirty minutes later was working in their home. He seemed very knowledgeable, identifying the problems, and correcting them quickly. Considering the shortage of qualified electricians and the number of items in the report, we were happily surprised by the reasonable charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone looking for a qualified electrician.

After 35 years of being in the construction industry and learning as much as possible and refusing to have an I can’t attitude I have met many other tradesmen. Richard has a similar style and is happy to go the extra step to make certain his work is right and actually precise. Bringing the same ” can do” attitude with him in any situation presented. Now 4 years later and after one year of close knit interactions on multiple projects he is one of the best and elite tradesmen I have done business with. With work ranging through all aspects of people and sizes of sites ranging from rental housing to over the top multi million dollar homes this man’s business describes him and his work perfectly. Next time you need any type of electrical work I would higjly recommend the man known for letting him remove your “shorts”.

I am not a customer of this business but I have witnessed the way they treat people. I watched this man be unbelievably rude to a service rep. Not a good guy!!! Do yourself a favor and give your business to a company that can be decent to people

This company is a joke. Hired Richard to do electrical work and he never finished the job. Finished it myself and he then tells me I need different breakers to finish the job. That’s the whole reason I hired him so I wouldn’t run into this issue. Save your money I wasted $1800 so you wouldn’t have to. YOUR WELCOME
