I scheduled an appointment for a technician to look at my AC, which was making a sound. The technician did not show up and no one called. A few hours after our appointment I called and left a message, didn’t hear back. I few days later I called again, still didn’t hear back. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe something had happened. Ended up calling a different company, but thought this was extremely unprofessional.

After experiencing a bad service call for a furnace problem a day before by another company, I called Precision HVAC and Bobby was able to come by as his last appointment on Saturday. Most of the things that the previous company told me was confirmed by Bobby to be inaccurate. However, since my furnace was 25 years old, I didn’t see the benefit of “putting a band aid” by starting to replace old part and waste money. I wanted to have the peace of mind of having a new furnace with warranty. I opted into buying a new furnace from Bobby and the Furnace was installed first thing on Monday morning. The install was fast and everything was insulated from top to bottom and looks much nicer than before. Bobby was prompt, nice, and professional. Much appreciated!

Bobby and Keem were very efficient. My furnace went out during our coldest winter days. After assessing the problem they went over all of my options , we’re very patient with my decision making process and once I made a decision they were able to put in a new furnace in a timely manor. I would highly recommend this company.

They came out quickly and on short notice to give the initial quote. Once the install was scheduled they showed up promptly and within a few hours they were finishing up. They are clean; area was left better then they found it. They also took the time and showed me how to use and maintain my mini split system.
