Again, Foulk Southern Air did not disappoint. My service technician, Trace was on time, courteous and professional. He was able to detect the problem and promptly ordered the part that was needed He also helped arrange to have a repairman to my home the next day to repair. I highly recommend Foulk Southern Air for all your air and heating services. I called them at 5:00 last Saturday and they had a technician at my home for 9:30 Sunday morning. My problem was repaired by 1:00 Monday afternoon. Great service.

Michael installed 2 new hot water heaters. They were a replacement for the two that were original to my house and 32 years old. He is a certified master plumber and did an excellent job. It was a tough job as my attic spaces have several levels and are not people friendly. He didn’t complain and got right to work. He is a true professional with a pleasant attitude. I enjoyed working with him throughout this process.
