Had a great experience with Derek and the Speedy team. They quickly diagnosed the issues with my ac unit and were able to temporarily fix it until they could replace it with a new unit at a reasonable cost. Appreciate their knowledge and professionalism!

Tech showed up as scheduled. Discussed issue(s) with A/C. Tech took steps to determine cause of issue(s). Tech had parts on truck, completed repairs, and cleaned work area. I appreciate how Tech provided updates and progress along the way. I also appreciated Tech not attempting to take upsell or try to sell additional products.

The Team from Speedy showed up on time and went right to work replacing our old AC unit with the new equipment. Within 2-1/2 hours they had our family back in a cool house. The also took the time to explain the new system and warranties by walking me around their work. I appreciate their cleanliness, professionalism, and thoroughness throughout the entire process of diagnoses to cure! Would definitely utilize their services again.
