I was looking for insulating electric gloves. Even though, Holder Electric Supply didn’t carry them. Shane, the sales rep, there spent about 15 minutes trying to help me to find another local place that sell the electric gloves.

Had the worst customer experience with the counter sales person (Mike). He was extremely rude and condescending. Totally unnecessary when someone is spending money at your establishment.

My wife bought a plug strip we ended up not needing so I was returning. When I arrived at counter sales there were a couple people in front of me and “Shane” looked up from helping the person, made eye contact w me and said sorry for the wait ill be right with you. He proceeded to do that with the 3 subsequent customers that came in behind me – as he called his associates for backup. Nothing drives me more crazy than walking into a crowded store and not being acknowledged or staff acting like all these customers are an inconvenience. Just wanted to give Shane a shout out for great customer service!

Ive worked for several companies in this area and every time I’ve worked for a company I always convince them to switch to using holder as a supply house. The one and only reason I switch is because of their inside sales rep, Braden. I was in a bind a few years ago, he was willing to place my order and drive it out to a job site for me. I had then came to find out that’s not even in his job description. The level of service at this location is remarkable. Braden is extremely proficient and knowledgeable and I would recommend Holder to any electrical company in the area.

I have been an electrician in the area for a long time. This has been the go to spot for electrical supplies for over a decade. On top of the sheer quantity to material they offer and availability for same day purchases, the people here really make the difference. It’s obvious that this is a great place to work as you almost never see a face disappear; I’ve been working with the same counter personal for as long as I can remember. My inside sales rep, Braden Flaherty, is truly amazing. He has gone above and beyond, delivering parts to job sites, working off hours, being available for emergencies 24/7 (even when not required), etc. The loyalty and service are beyond anything you would expect. I will always do buisness with this company simply because they have the absolutely best people.

My husband has worked in the area for many years and he only uses this supply house. His main suppliers name is Braden and he is so sweet. On occasion, I have been asked to pick up supplies from the front counter and it seems a bit intimidating to walk in and be surrounded by all the tradesmen, but Braden always makes a point of having the order ready for me at the loading dock and helps me place it in the truck. 10/10, I wish I could give more than five stars.

This is THE place for electrical parts and supplies. Salesman (Shane) was very helpful. Exceedingly knowledgeable and professional, he got us the parts required and provided a detailed quote for our builder. Highly recommend.
