Double J Electric did an awesome job trenching for cable ran to my garage, then installing 100 amp subpanel. Josh and Brent had the job completed just under a day of very hard work! They answered all my questions and were accommodating. They are very professional and nice guys. I strongly recommend Double J Electric. I will hire them in the future, for my electrical work.

While having insulation blown into our new attic, Double J Electric came to our rescue upon discovery of some unsafe electrical work. Tylor graciously made an immediate service call, squeezing us into the schedule, and quickly taking care of everything. He communicated with other contractors on site, bringing the old electrical up to code, and was such an encouragement to our family. Tylor is kind and professional, knowledgeable, and far exceeded our expectations for customer service. Double J Electric is now our go-to electrician and is such a valuable resource in the Rogue Valley. We look forward to working with this company in the future. Company confirmed our appointment for 10/14 on 10/6 between 8 & 10AM. It was a no show! We then called at 10:20 that morning, spoke with receptionist. She understood electrician & owner spoke that they don’t do our type of job. Boss would return Monday 10/16 & call. No phone call. No appointment set. Wasted over a week. Very poor communication.

Tylor Jones was extremely professional and friendly. He fixed our issue promptly, and after we discovered an additional issue after he left, he came back on his weekend to fix it for us. Great service. Great price. Would absolutely recommend.
