I just want to say how pleased I was with the honesty that Mike gave me about my hvac system. I was very appreciative that he was able to come on a Sunday and check out my AC. He promptly showed up on time and was very cordial and sincere in all that he did. He gave me honest options on what to do for my situation. That’s a breath of fresh air to me! We received a text from the technician stating he was 20 minutes out. The technician pulled into the driveway, introduced himself and slipped on some booties over his boots. Came inside asked us what our issues were and how he could help. The technician went in the attic for the air handler and then outside. The technician called me out to explain to me what he thinks was happening with my unit. I don’t know anything about air conditioning units except when it doesn’t work it sucks. He was able to solve our issues. I would definitely Recommend Mark D.

Keller was amazing. He was patient and efficient. The AC tune up was great. He also took the time to patiently explain what was going on with my unit and answered all of my questions. He also provided quotes for potential repairs down the road without being pushy. He was truly here to help. Keller was amazing!
