Elijah from Mechanical Man did an awesome (emergency) job with our leaky copper pipe. The work looks great and very clean. My hubby tried his best to fix it for the weekend, but it needed professional attention. Our house is older so all the pipes will probably need to replaced soon. We’ll be sure to contact Mechanical Man to do the job. Thanks Elijah!

Kevin and his sidekick, Emanuel, were on time for the orientation appointment in our newly purchased home. Kevin professionally took us through our (for us octogenarians) “complicated” mechanical systems and we’re now in sync with our flow-through water heater, radiant floor heat, and ac. This was the second time using mechanical man. AJ was professional, respectful of our property, and did a great job! He hooked up our faucet, disposal, dishwasher and ice maker water line in our newly remodeled kitchen. He was even kind enough to clean up the goop mess my brother left under the sink. Thanks AJ! Everything is working great. AJ offered several service options and price points. The cost is fair for the great service you receive. We will continue to use mechanical man for any future needs. I highly recommend this company!

I had a non emergency leaky outdoor faucet. Their service reps were very busy and it took a couple weeks to get them to come out but was pleased once they did. Service rep, “A.J.” was professional, polite, and very expedient. He offered several options some of which were too expensive but still offered an option that fit within the recommended price range a job like this should cost. I will use them again if needed in the future.

With about 30 people coming to my house for 3 days, 90+ temperatures outside and an air conditioner unit that decided to break down, your company was able to “fit me in your immediate schedule” and really saved us from having a few miserable days by getting the AC up and running. Can’t thank you enough. The Technician was great as was the person that got us on the schedule!

Scam artists keeping skilled Americans from working. Telling experienced plumber on the phone they are hiring and no one calls you for a week while you sit in an expensive hotel room. Everything that is wrong with America. Go somewhere else where they respect hard working AMERICANS who were born here and want to work!

The estimate was accurate (no cost overruns) and the work was done in a professional and timely way. The workers were courteous and cleaned the area thoroughly when they were finished. Our new furnace and heat pump are a great addition to our home!

Your guys were great I called this morning and they came out and fixed our AC the same day they were very friendly and very professional they explained everything that was going on and what needed to be fixed they were not pushy about getting us to pay the top dollar amount but we did choose to get the most for our money and what was the best deal in the long run we are very pleased with your company and will continue to use your service and will for sure tell everyone about you thank you so much

We lost cooling in one of our central A/C units over this past weekend. We called Mechanical Man for a repair. Dillon their tech. came out at the time he stated on the phone. It was a Saturday so it was an after hours call. Being a business owner, I understand this. Dillon was a very professional, polite and friendly Tech. He got to it right away and had the unit repaired within an hour or so. I have used them in the past for plumbing and gas and, will continue to do so in the future. I appreciate the professional service and the no B.S. approach to solving the issue. With guests coming in for the next ten days. I wanted both units operating while they are here. Thank you again Dillon for the great service!! Tony “D” My wife and I purchased a newer home in Bristol. After the move and all of the work was mostly done. We decided to have Elijah and Ray come out to service our HVAC system. It was only four years old but, the previous owner didn’t seem to know how to maintain anything in or near the home. So…. both men came out and I must say. Like always, they did a great job in servicing the unit. I figured with all of the other issues we had to fix. I better get it serviced. Both were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and, paid very close attention to detail in every aspect of the service. I thank you both Elijah and Ray and as much as I hate spending money. I appreciate the dedication to getting the job done right. I’m very pleased with the outcome and will not hesitate to call on any of you again. As an older business owner.
