Shawn and his team are excellent. We get many power outages throughout the winter and gusty fall, some for extended periods of time (1-2 days). I don’t have a generator that can handle the entire house yet but Shawn and his team put together a solution which keeps power outages civilized. They put in a whole-house surge protector at my request to help protect my home from the bouncing power. They installed a plug which allows me to connect my generator to the entire home at a moment’s notice. They installed an interlock system that doesn’t allow the generator and utility power to hit the home at the same time and cause damage to the home. Once the install was completed, they helped me determine what could be run at the same time. We can run all of our normal electrical needs such as TV, internet, the well pump (we have water during power outages now!) and induction cook top or microwave. If we need hot water, we need to turn off all non-essentials and let the water heater run until everybody takes a shower and then we can go back to entertainment mode. Shawn and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even in unusual situations like mine.

I’ve had a experience with your and technician Shawn, I couldn’t have had a better person to work with he made my experience a very comfortable one to day the least.
