We want to put a good word in for Jimmy who came to our house last night and got us back in shape to hook us up after the storm. He was really great, focused, proficient and nice to work with. We appreciate how he worked so hard to take care of us and stayed to make sure there were no issues with energy. Really really happy with him.

I highly recommend Empire Electrical Service. I’m a new homeowner and have had various electrician companies out to my house to work on things. Justin is very knowledgeable from how to fix things to how to explain things to customers. He is prompt in his help too – always open to squeezing me in. In these regards, he is superior to the other companies I have called on.

Jimmy was extremely responsive, I contacted him on a Saturday and he was very accommodating in trying to assist us with our electrical emergency. When he came out he was puntual and he didn’t try to over charge me for his service. I would recommend Empire Electrical Service for anyone that is looking for a great electrician especially in an emergency type situation.

Pleased is an understatement. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived on time and looked thoroughly through all areas of the project. Provided a complete estimate for future work to be done and changed a couple of switches while here. Very pleased with Mike and Jose. Will refer anyone needing Electrical work to Empire Electrical Service. Will definitely use this company again.

The electrician was polite, respectful, methodical and quick in his work. Within just a few minutes, he effectively diagnosed the problem and replaced a number of things that had not been working. Most importantly, the wife was thrilled with the fixes. We couldn’t be more pleased and will certainly be calling Empire Electrical Service next time we need service.

The team did a fantastic job installing a new whole home generator. It was a big job, but they stayed until they had tested the new set up and confirmed that it worked perfectly. They also did a great job cleaning everything up and working around our schedule. Empire Electrical Service was half the price of our other quotes, I would definitely recommend them for value and very professional service. Thank you!

I’m not sure how this place gets positive reviews. I had the same bad experience as a previous reviewer. They were supposed to show up Monday morning between 9:15 am and 1:15 pm. By 1:15 they still hadn’t arrived, so I called them and was told I should expect a call soon and they would still arrive today. They didn’t call, and they didn’t show up. I hoped to hear from them Tuesday morning, but by noon I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called again. The lady on the phone apologized and said she would contact the manager, and that I should expect a phone call soon and they would definitely come today. It is now Tuesday night and they still have not contacted me. I rearranged my work schedule and took Monday off so I could be here for the appointment. After waiting for two days, they still have not shown up or even called me. They had a chance to earn a new customer. Instead, I will never do business with them and will encourage other people to look elsewhere.

Horrible experience with this company! They said they’d be at my house between 9:00-Noon. At 1:00, no had shown or called, so I called them. The person on the phone said they’d have technician call me right away with an ETA. By 4:00, still no call from technician, so I called office again to see what was going on and if they were coming today? The person on the phone said yes, they had me on the schedule for today, so they would be coming. Technician must be stuck on another job, so I needed to just be patient – but they were coming. End of day – No one ever showed up or called!! Terrible customer service! I have never used this company before and I never in the future.

I’ve used Empire Electrical Service for electrical issues and my house and my office. I highly recommend them. They actually show up when they say they are going to and if for some reason they can’t, you do get a phone call letting you know when they will be there..no just sitting at home and praying that electrician shows up.
