Every time I am in need of plumbing service, I call Horizon! The owners are amazing! The care they put into out community does not go unnoticed! When you call the office, you speak to a very polite staff member named Ann Marie, she is so helpful and polite that it makes you feel more at ease. I have never had to wait an unnecessary amount of time and they are always available to assist us. I have been blessed to have had amazing workers come and do the jobs we have requested, but there is one individual who exceeds expectations, a young man named Coby, he is the most polite, efficient and thorough worker I have seen or experienced. He comes in, greets you with manners (good morning, no sir, please, thank you and always in a good mood). I will always use this company not only for the owners but their staff!

I hate having to call a plumber because you never know what to expect. But today I was greeted by 2 professionals, Nolan and Coby, who were very friendly, knowledgeable, and so respectful of my time and my home. They explained everything to me from beginning to end. Miles and Coby were excellent from start to finish, they were quick, clean, and I appreciated their communication throughout the double sink repair, about what they were seeing and next steps. This is the 4th time we’ve used Horizon and they’ve been solid for us each time.

I realized my AC wasn’t working and called them. They were able to get a great new system and put it in within a couple business days. Silvano the owner was super responsive to questions even during the weekend. The installers were efficient and detail oriented. They noticed things that were not right about the previous system and fixed them. They were trustworthy and got the whole system (a hybrid minisplit heat pump that can use electricity as a power source down to 10 degrees and then switches to NG–perfect for my solar) in quickly. The whole experience was great. Highly recommend.

Been having a continuous problem with pinhole size leaks in the copper line leading into the water heater. Technician Miles came and solved the problem stating “ because of the vibration of the water heater itself may be the culprit. He install plastic style hose rather than just replacing the problem with the old copper therefore eliminating the chance of future recurring leaks. Thank you Miles for going beyond the others who came before to solve my problem.

Gabe and Joe came out and replaced a valve that they had in-stock. Very easy and resourceful. Glad I identified what was wrong and sent them pictures of the problem beforehand.
