Even though my husband was able to locate the clog and clear it, we still had Scott come over as he was on his way. He was great along with his assistant (sorry don’t remember his name). Both very friendly and Scott got us scheduled for a septic pump out and said he would personally talk to the head of the division so they could come out first thing the next day. He was able to do all this and it be way affordable to us. Will use Scott and Lion Home Services again.

Had an excellent experience with Lion. My AC decided to stop running right toward the end of a massive heat wave. I called around 10 am and they said I would be put on the standby list for later that day or the next day. Within an hour dispatch called and said a technician was on their way. DJ was an excellent technician and a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thorough and helpful, got my system fixed, and made sure everything was good to go before he left! Bought a maintenance membership right then and there. I admit I was worried when Poudre Valley Air said they were selling their residential business to Lion, but that fear was definitely misguided. Couldn’t be happier!

Don was AMAZING!!! He arrived the same day that I made my call. We had been without air for 3 days when it was 100 degrees. He came and did not leave until all the work was done. He was professional, friendly and explained what he was doing and what was wrong! I couldn’t recommend Don or Lion Home Services more! They will ALWAYS be my first call if something goes wrong with my heating or cooling system again!!!!

Dyllan Engeldahl from Lion Home Service was at my house today for a maintenance check on my AC. He also did thorough inspections on my “very” old furnaces. He’s professional and knowledgeable about everything concerning your HVAC systems. I highly recommend Dyllan and Lion!
