Our HVAC died on us during a three-digit heatwave the day before July 4th. So, I submitted an online Home Depot request for a new installation consult. NexGen called me on July 5th to set up an appointment for that same day. We met with Marcus on the morning of July 5th. He was very professional and thoroughly explained all the information presented to us to assist in deciding on a new system. Later that same afternoon, technicians Isaiah and Justin arrived at our home to install the new system. They both worked hours until late into the evening (in very hot temperatures) to complete the installation and then Isaiah took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat. We are very thankful for their hard work, great customer service, and professionalism. We’ll contact NexGen for any future HVAC needs. Thumbs up!

Had NexGen Air and Heat at our home this morning, Noah Fierro arrived on time and with a smile on his face. Noah did an amazing job and in a timely manner. Even our 1 year old puppy enjoyed his company. We have been using NexGen Air and Heat since 2021 and they are fair, honest and responsive. They always provide quick and excellent service. Noah really delivered for us and got us back in business with our air conditioner. Thank you Noah!

Roger was very professional and helpful. He showed up on time, explained the process and completed the work we needed done. He kept us informed and explained the required maintenance and how to keep our system running at its best! Will definitely use Roger again for any of our heating and air conditioning needs.

I had a different tech come out a few days ago that did a poor job and gave NextGen a one star review, within a couple of hours NextGen contacted me to find out what happened and how they could make it right. Today they sent out a new tech, free of charge, Tanner was great!! He gave my system a proper tune up and did not try to upsell at all.

We had our water heater flushed today and a couple problems looked at. Maurice was our technician and he was awesome! Super nice guy, great with communication, gave clear quotes, and even came back to help with a water pressure issue.
