Our A/C quit cooling on Wednesday. I called the company we have a service contract with and they said they were having staffing issues and passed us on to Honest Home Services. Devorian was able to come out the next day and quickly determined our coil was leaking and needed to be replaced and also confirmed it was under warrantee. He was very professional and took his time explaining our options. They were able to locate the replacement part and Angel and Lucio were able to install it on Friday. Due to issues on the job before us, they were delayed getting to our house, but were still willing to work a long day and get the A/C working. They explained the process and were quick and left the area cleaner than when they started. I could not be happier.

Excellent service, attention to details, patient. They went out of way to make sure the work is done correctly and professionally. They took time to test, verify and explain very thing. Devorian is top-notch in his role. He was very knowledgeable about the problem and fixed it immediately. He also made a great recommendation to replace the coupler next to my AC unit so the problem wouldn’t happen again in another year or so. These are my guys now! Great company; highly recommend.

Our 5 yo A/C went out. It was the coil. We had a valid parts replacement, but we had dropped the company that installed it for unethical business practices. We were about to get taken to the cleaners by another HVAC company, but they had the part in stock that we needed. Colton with Honest Home Services worked quickly and relentlessly to help us get the part he had in stock (but wasn’t an exact match) warrantied by Lennox so that we didn’t have to pay for a replacement part. AND the labor was 40% less than what the other guys were going to charge us! The workers came at 3:00 p.m. when it was over 100 degrees outside! We offered them water, iced tea, etc., but they preferred to work, saying they had drinks in their truck. They did SUCH a GOOD JOB. We were without A/C for 2 days, and that was only because I had called them, then canceled, then called them again. We’re so glad we did! They’re definitely getting our business in the future.
