It took weeks to get the repair completed. The technician was nice, but 4 trips later it was finally fixed. Duke called it an emergency. It was not treated as such. Left my family in the cold several days. The “secretary” was extremely rude and un-empathetic. Did not deliver on website promises.

I just had this company to come service my heating & air unit. Phillip McKenzie was the technician and was extremely professional and personable. He was on time and did a thorough job. I feel so much safer and I will use this company again in the future when needed. They are local and respond quickly when they are contacted. Thanks Phillip job well done !

P H&A. They were quick to respond to my cry for help when I called them at 7:30 on a cold morning. I went out to visit with the friendly repair man and he explained what he was doing to my unit. I was most impressed that he searched until he found the problem rather than telling me I needed to replace the unit thereby possibly saving me 6-8 thousand for a new unit. Thank you Phillip and I will always ask for you if I need help.
