The young man was great, Mr. Gerry took his time and did the work. I showed him and told him what my problem was. He was a pleasure to have visiting my home. He was in uniform and I received a picture of who would be coming, before he got there. When I look through the peak hold, he was dressed in uniform with a ID and the name of the company on. That made me feel very safe. My home is my peace and he made me feel comfortable. Thank you for such great service.
