Although I was not there for the visit of your tech (Matt) to service our generator on Friday morning, June 12th, in Mio, I wanted to share how pleased my wife was with the experience. She us usually very apprehensive about such work, but Matt put her fears to rest. He was informative, explaining exactly what he was going to do. And he was courteous. It was a great overall experience she said. Thanks, Matt!

Do not get a generator from this company. I purchased one in March or April 2023 and was told upon installation that it cost about 500 to move. I just had a guy come over to my new house in Plymouth and stated that it’s 9000 to move it but when he came he had no idea that it was a quote to move my pre-existing generator. I was very clear with Sabrina who set the appointment up that this was for moving an existing generator and I asked her if she needed the info on my generator and she mentioned that they had it on file already since they were the ones who installed my Generac. By the way it was 13k to install new… The fact that I was told by the service reps it was 500 to move makes me feel like I was sold to instead of them looking out for me. So the guy comes over and was very nice but did not know that it was for a transfer. Also, the ink from the pen that he used is on my granite countertops of my kitchen and I have no idea how to get that off.

The company does very good work, but don’t fall for the hype about rebates from Consumers Energy. You will get screwed over like this disabled couple.

This is a company that stands behind their work and provides excellent customer service. They had to do a service call while A/C unit install was still under warranty. Then, 2 yrs later had to come back because again there was no refrigerant left in the system. Matt G. came out and worked with his boss to have the system filled and leak tested at no cost to us. Professional and courteous service. Thank you Matt.

Amazing customer service. Jeremy, the Service Manager, drove across the state on Saturday evening to address the issue with the back up generator. Overall, a great outfit to work with for all HVAC and electrical needs. Thanks!

Jim Mcenrue and his team were excellent, everyone of them were super knowledgeable and personable. Most would do 90% of a job and call it good but they all had an attention to detail and took it the extra 10% The quality of work done is fantastic and I would definitely recommend Jim at SGI to be part of your next home project.

My wife and I were very dissatisfied with the customer service on behalf of SGI heating and cooling. We had a Generac installed by this company and the process was very stressful and I definitely would not want to see another customer have this experience for installation.

This company is the most professional courteous and efficient company that I’ve ever worked with. They came to my facility and transformed our old AC unit into a top notch cooling machine.
