I did like that I received a courtesy call before the tech came and received an email and text with a picture and some information about who was coming out. The tech Chuck showed up on time and seemed very knowledgeable in looking into the problem I was having with my furnace . He explained what tests he had done and the results that he had found. He then explained what options that we had in the repairs and what was involved with each one. Answered all my questions and asked several times during the process if I had any questions. I will definitely be using Beltz Home Service in the future . Thank you, Stephen

As a paying member of the their service plan, I do not feel that we have priority with Beltz. Our appointments have been canceled multiple times and/or pushed back. While speaking with the office personnel, I don’t feel that we are more than a number to them. The technicians always do a fantastic job, and go out of their way for good customer service. We have spent thousands of dollars with Beltz, and we just get pushed off and “rescheduled”.

Are A/C wasn’t working so we called BELTZ and they came the next day and fixed are A/C. Michael Lasater was the Service Technician and he was very descriptive and informative about the problem and how he fixed it. He even informed me about future problems I may have.

Troy did a great job installing a new sump pump. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained how to fix the problem I have been having since I couldn’t do it the way I wanted to do it. I would recommend him to do work at your home.
