Me and my husband run and out of state construction business’, we have very high standards I was very impressed with Marraccini. They are very busy so we were put on a wait list but we totally understand that and didn’t mind. We know first hand the hardships subcontractors face in the current economic situations with labor shortage and supply chain issues. I had them get me an estimate for a new mini split in my studio, and heating and cooling in 3 shops on our property. I was very impressed with Kevins methodical process of estimating and going through every step and thought with me. I ran my own auto shop for over 8 years and I know first hand how much attention to detail getting estimates takes. It took a while to get the estimates but like I said this wasn’t a surprise, I was just thankful someone was willing to come out to the sticks and do some work fo r us. I felt like one lucky gal when the installations day finally came and here comes 3 new very well maintained Marraccini vans showed up with 3 very professional and kind skilled individuals. They kicked butt. I got my mini split install done faster than I expected and they did a very nice clean job. After the job was done I was impressed with the time they took to go over everything with me operation, maintenance and what to expect from my equipment over time. Very honest, transparent and upfront about everything. The final invoice was extremely detailed, I mean they filled every available space with a nicely written summary of what they did. Seriously I dont see this much in the contractors world and I see alot of subcontractor invoices. I used to pride myself on being as detailed as possible for all of my Automotive customers invoices, It was important to me that my clients knew what they were paying for and I can tell Marraccini gets that same concept. they had me sign that invoice and write the final check which I did happily, they said they would take the invoice back and have it typed up and put together a booklet of all of the manuals for all the equipment I had installed. I will have them back to do a heavy duty HVAC system for my shop. And I will be using them for whatever I can when we start the build on our new home. I am so thankful to have found this company and couldn’t be more pleased. But a word of advice to everyone out there looking to have house work done, please be patient and understanding and try to do your research and have a realistic expectation of the time and money it takes to do any job these days. I can vouch first hand that the struggle is real. We are all very thankful to have so much work but most of these guys in this business are struggling with finding and keeping skilled help and quality materials to use, and lead times to get these materials are triple what they used to be. If you have the proper mindset going into a project you wont be dissapointed with Marraccini. Thank you to Ashlee, Kevin and the rest of the crew. Looking forward to have you back and I wish you guys were closer to Mammoth because you guys would be our go to hvac, plumbing and electrical subs. When they finally arrived and I stated what we were looking to get a quote for, one of the men replied “Why?” In the nastiest tone I’ve heard from a working professional in awhile. I explained why, as I’m currently paying an exhorbent amount of money in propane for heat. He laughed in my face and said “you think that’s going to change with electric?” My response was quite obviously “yes” as if I go to an electric system I’m obviously not paying for propane but I also know the difference in efficiency and know I won’t be paying a $700 electric bill each month. I didn’t state all of that. Just politely said “yes”. He responds to me “no it wont” again in a quite nasty tone. So I politely told him “don’t do the work then. Have a nice day guys.” And they went on their way. I honestly feel bad for the other guy who was with him. He seemed confused and like he didn’t know what to say at that point. Honestly what an embarrassing representation of your company. I would be abhorred if you were my employee and just talked our company out of a sale in less than 2 minutes on someone’s property just by being rude to the customer.

They showed up when they said they would. Put covers over the carpet. Took down shelves I couldn’t get down. Installed a new furnace. Cleaned up everything, including vacuuming the floor where the furnace is located. Put the shelves back up. Took away the old furnace. Did an excellent job must faster than I thought they could. I would recommend them highly.

There is no cartridge that cost $150. This is the reason why I don’t use plumbers, just as shady as mechanics.

AC compressor capacitor went out. This is a $15 part and it took them 5 mins to replace. I was charged over $300.00 for this. I don’t mind paying for work, however, I don’t want to get ripped off like I was. I would not trust these guys as far as I could throw them.

I have used them before and been pretty happy. This time they didn’t even return my call. My grandson was able to fix the problem for us anyway.

They were terrific. Came in, figured out what was wrong , got busy and fixed it. They are now officially my plumbers.
