I had the opportunity to have Jaylen for my service provider for my plumbing situation that I was suffering from. He was on time, courteous full of education and knowledge, and went quickly to work out the problem. Once we discovered that it was other issues, he then called his supervisor and then handle the situation for the following date, which will be tomorrow. I look forward to seeing the camera guy and finishing out this whole procedure if you need a great great plumber/Heating and cooling/drain person please join the family of Thorton and groom.

Craig, Rob and Dominque really worked as a team to understand my concern and collaborated swiftly to address my complaints in an expedited matter. Further, Craig was the ultimate professional upon arrival to my home and diligently addressed the issue including sitting down and patiently explaining the complete scenario. Craig articulated in a manner that allowed a non plumbing expert to interpret and fully understand the issue and required resolution. Great job Craig and thank you!!!!

We’ve been with Thornton & Grooms for about a year now after having been with Burton & Sons for many, many years. We purchased the platinum maintenance agreement and so far are pretty happy. There was one blip thus far in that we had scheduled our annual furnace check a couple weeks in advance. The day of the appointment the technicians had an abnormal amount of emergency repairs and T & G was not able to get out which did leave me somewhat irritated after waiting the afternoon for someone to come out. As it turns out it may have been a blessing because Adam the technician we did get was really thorough. We are impressed by the thoroughness of the technicians who have been out as well as how customer focused they have been. We’ll continue to evaluate how things go but so far, so good. My only complaint with Thornton & Grooms is there have been several times we had scheduled appointments where they were not able to show up. Update..4/26/23 Jonathan came out for our annual plumbing inspection. Very thorough and professional. Explained any issues in detail, tagged all of our shut-offs and tested our water for hardness, chlorine and ph levels Very impressed! Update 6/16/23 Danny came out to look at our issue. Service was as we have come to expect from Thornton and Grooms. Update 7/16/24 Demetrius from Thornton and Grooms today for a valve installation and to replace a fixture. Work was done as expected. Service technicians from T & G have all been good.
